I was thinking in a new kind of talent, this one only can be discovered at lvl 60+ with Special Jounin Rank as Secondary Talent, obviously is a Secret Talent. This one not match in the Talent Suggestion Thread so i decide to put it here.. ADV: MY ENGLISH IS NOT GOOD SO MAYBE DESCRIPTIONS ARE MESSED UP
